It would be nice to implement Gravatar instead of Avatar
This is become quite common

   Alec, I don't understand your suggestion. We do use gravatar. That's why in your tgethr account we have the gravatar image associated with your email address even though you have uploaded a separate avatar with us.
   

   What am I missing?
